Craft seems to be crafted well
I am liking the features and given the hell of the tools, I do love emacs and the philosophy of code as data as code and durable hackable text editor. There is still merit to the argument of using the modern tools which are beautiful. I think craft is a nice example of using a software which is modern, GUI based, no terminal hacks and just works fine. I feel good using it. The customisations made me love it even more. If at all some software should be beautiful, its this. There is design intent here and I can see why a design sensitive person might like it here. There might be such criticism of electron or web based apps, but they do work and might eat ram, but they are modern and pretty as well as functional and beautiful.
